Guiding Light: Tuesday June 21, 2005

Harley nearly finds the check made out to Wallace from Alan but Sebastian arrives at the hospital and gets to it first. Later, as Harley sits with an unconscious Wallace, he opens his eyes briefly and Harley is hopeful that he might speak. However, Harley is unaware that Sebastian is lurking in the shadows ready to finish the job he started. Wallace then falls back into his coma and Gus suggests to Harley that they take her boys and run away for good. Later, Mallet calls Harley from jail and she is affected by the sound of his voice. Later, he is surprised when a guard informs him that his bail has been posted. Meanwhile, Harley gets a call from a nurse at the hospital who drops a bombshell that Wallace was a doctor at Cedars hospital in Springfield. The pressure Nate has been putting on Jonathan finally becomes too much to bear and he unloads months of pent up aggression on Tammy. In an emotional exchange, Tammy admits that though she fights it, she is inexplicably drawn to Jonathan when she is with him. A desperate Jonathan begins to reach out to her but he’s stung when she tells him she will always choose Sandy over him. Enraged and humiliated, Jonathan heads for the bar where he targets an unknown girl and tells her his name is Sandy. Meanwhile, a rattled Tammy goes into Sandy’s arms, unaware that he’s received a mysterious phone call. Reva learns that Nate’s bar passed inspection and wants to celebrate. Nate suggests they go up to his room and though tempted, Reva suggests she summon his family to Springfield instead. Nate insists he has no family to call. Later, Reva decides to do something nice for Nate but is surprised when she can’t find his name registered at the Beacon.
