2 :01x02 - Lyon of Scrimmage / Bad News Bear (Feb/20/2006)
Lyon of Scrimmage: Jake has a great arm, but can't remember the plays and Adam is not good at football, but he can remember the plays and becomes a quarterback. Jake has to work with Adam to try to make the team win their first game because Charles Darwin Middle School has never won a game.
Bad News Bear: Around the school, Adam guides a foreign exchange student named Dingbang, who is an endangered panda who got expelled from school for being bad while Jake breaks a fish tube and now has to work in the school office filing papers as a consequence.

Chew on This: Principal Pixiefrog replaces the animal food in the cafeteria to what humans eat after Adam complains about it. Everyone loves the food so much, that it makes them fat, so Adam tries to do something about it. Now they are so addicted, that they even want tater tots, which Adam has, but can the animals get the food while they are overweight?
The 'A' Word: Adam describes Bull Sharkowski going ape on him and that offends Jake. So Jake tries to find a new friend and in order to be his friend, you must audition.

Me Adam, You Jake: After Mrs. Chameleon thinks that Jake is the best for the role of Jungle Guy, Adam gets jealous and they start fighting. They start to do a series of ridiculous things to prove which person would be better suited for the role of Jungle Guy: Adam or Jake?

The Sheds: Everyone thinks Slips is contagious when he comes to school with "the sheds." They are even afraid to touch him and start to hate him for the changes that are happening to them, but can an offbeat film called Animal Changes make everyone realize that it is just part of growing up?
Shiny Thing: Jake uses a glass door knob that he brings to school to hypnotize everyone into doing whatever he wants. It is against school policy to bring door knobs. Adam is not hypnotized and figures out that the door knobs are actually his parents' antiques.

Amazon Kevin: The star of Amazon Kevin's Wild Animal Takedown is invited to an assembly at school when Adam sends him a letter asking him to come to school. Now Adam has to beat up Amazon Kevin for the students.
Grub Drive: When there is a shortage of textbooks, Adam and Jake attempt to sell Chocolate Covered Grubs for the school's Annual School Sales Drive and no one is buying any of it! So they try to convince them to buy it by doing all kinds of crazy things like Jake inflating his butt or Adam eating a sandwich full of worms.

Yesterday's Funny Monkey: Jake gets famous after his butt makes people laugh and has many shows, but Jake may need new material. If he doesn't come up with anything new, his fame might vanish.

It's the Scary Old Custodian, Adam Lyon: Adam goes down to the boiler room with Jake to get a file for Principal Pixiefrog to get away from the loud howling when it's Howl-o-Ween. In the boiler room, they discover an old human custodian named Old Joe who keeps telling scary stories that Adam and Jake have heard before.
My Science Project: When Jake makes a toilet explode by accident, he crushes Adam's science project, which is a volcano. To make up for the incident, he finds a robot arm and puts it in his skull. Jake finds that he can control the arm and make it do anything, until it starts getting a mind of its own. Now, the robot arm wants to move to a smarter kid.

Two Tons of Fun: After finding a large stash of love letters to Mrs. Tusk from Mr. Hornbill, Adam and Jake agree to coach Mr. Hornbill in wooing the lady of his own dreams whether it's dacing or wrestling with Principal Pixiefrog.
Docu-Trauma: A documentary filmmaker named Zira Corneilius comes to the school and starts focusing on a creature called pants, which the filmmaker thinks it's Adam.

She's Koala That: Adam befriends an annoying koala bear named Deidre who talks about eucalyptus and other things. To make her look better, Lupe and Jake give her a makeover so she can make more friends. Can it work?

Guano in 60 Seconds: When Jake eats bat droppings from the ceiling, Principal Pixiefrog forces everyone to move into a portable classroom. There, Jake accidentally breaks a lever by scratching himself. Now the whole classroom is moving away. Can Jake and Adam stop the classroom and get it back to its original place while preventing the animals from noticing what is happening?

12 :01x12 - Bubble or Nothing / Up All Night (May/12/2006)
Bubble or Nothing: Adam has had enough of attending school because animals keep hurting him, so he lies to Nurse Gazelle about having allergies. Principal Pixiefrog hears about this and forces Adam to wear a plastic hypoallergenic bubble. It becomes a fad when Jake calls everyone to look at Adam's bubble, but Jake feels left out when not getting a bubble of his very own. Will he get his own bubble and will the fad die out?
Up All Night: Adam's excited when Kerry invites him to play paintball early the next morning by throwing a paintball at him, but Adam finds it very hard to sleep when Windsor, Jake and Slips show up for a sleepover. At first, he wants to sleep, however, they wake him up by making prank phone calls and noise. Finally Adam chooses to stay awake when they play his video game. Adam may be having fun, but is he getting enough rest for the paintball event?

Adam wants to ask Kerry to go to the school dance with him on Saturday, however Ingrid wants him to go with her to the dance. So she tries to persuade him with the help of Lupe. Jake also wants Adam to go with him to the dance because he wants to be with him. But when Kerry asks Adam out, Ingrid and Jake get jealous. Meanwhile, Henry tries to find someone to go to the dance with.
