| 15 :02x02 - Cheer Pressure / Basic Jake (Jun/19/2006) | Cheer Pressure: Adam is recruited by the school's Jungle Squad to cheer with them at the extreme cheer-leading finals at the Stapled Center after Dickie, one of the cheerleaders, receives an injury while performing "The Tower." The cheer-leading squad kicks Jake off the team because he's too ugly, so he joins the Chester Arthur Middle School cheer-leading squad as a girl named Jackie. No one, but Adam believes that Jackie is actually Jake and when he insults Jackie, he unintentionally has to compete against her. Who will win the challenge?
Basic Jake: When Jake pours chum from a bucket on Principal Pixiefrog, he sends Adam and Jake to Saturday detention with three dingos. They climb a tree in detention while the dingos bark at them. Jake takes Adam to the AV room, where his secret low-tier public access cable show, Basic Jake, is filmed. | 16 :02x03 - The Times, They Are Exchangin' / Cool Kids (Jul/19/2006) | The Times, They Are Exchangin': Adam returns to his old school during an exchange program. While being there, he realizes that things there are not exactly the same as he remembers it. Jake comes along with him, however, he has a hard time distinguishing Adam from the other students.
Cool Kids: While being in a polar class in a refrigerated part of the school, Jake falls and finds some "cool kids." When he does find them, he forgets his old friends. | Director: Tim Cahill (1)

| 17 :02x04 - Disregarding Henry / Nice Mustache (Jul/31/2006) | Disregarding Henry: Jake enters Henry in the school talent show after hearing Henry's poor singing. He also books him a gig on the T.V. show, Wacky Pet Tricks! To prevent Henry from becoming humiliated, Adam attempts to take his place.
Nice Mustache: Jake's world changes when he wakes up with a mustache. He drops out of the school to follow his mustache, wherever it leads him. Adam must shave Jake's mustache off or else Jake will experience a lot of pressure. Luckily, he knows the secret code of a mustache club. When he says it out loud, Jake cannot hurt him, even with his nunchucks. | Director: Tim Cahill (1)

| 18 :02x05 - Leaf of Absence / The Poop Scoop (Aug/08/2006) | Poop Scoop: Jake starts to publish lies about Adam in the school newspaper.
Leaf of Absence: Principal Pixiefrog's worst nightmare comes true when Trunks Elephant sues the school successfully because of the elephant grass. He panics, so he takes a break from work while Principal Wolverine does his job. It turns out that the students are not happy with him being in charge because he is making things miserable. Even Mrs. Warthog is miserable, so Adam and Jake try to convince Principal Pixiefrog to go back to work. | Director: Tim Cahill (1)

| 19 :02x06 - I Fear Pretties / The Magic Fish (Aug/15/2006) | I Fear Pretties: After Adam learns that Margaret is a rare animal, she becomes very arrogant, making her friends, Joanie and Latanya, angry. But when Adam learns that Margaret is not rare, he tries to tell them the truth. Adam has no choice but to talk to them- and takes all three of them on a date!
The Magic Fish: Adam is granted a "magic fish wish" after finding a stranded fish called David Coppertrout. He thinks that the wish is foolish nonsense, however his friends have a different opinion and they want him to use the wish on them. | 20 :02x07 - Ain't Too Proud to Egg / The Two Jakes (Aug/21/2006) | Ain't Too Proud to Egg: Adam, Jake, and other students receive eggs (as a cheap way to earn money for the school) that they have to take care of from Mr. Hornbill. Every student is taking this seriously, except Adam. When the eggs hatch, he finds it difficult to be a mother, however Jake can handle this.
The Two Jakes: Adam learns that Jake completes all his work all because of his clone, Jakev2.0. He shows Adam's clone to him and claims that he knew a guy. At first, things go well, until the clones start acting like jerks. They are now wreaking havoc on everyone and it's ruining Adam and Jake's record. | 24 :02x11 - Uniformity/Pants In Space (Nov/10/2006) | Everyone gets way much attention to fashion. Later on they make a war over whose fashion is more beautiful.
Pixiefrog decides everyone to wear nice uniforms, but somehow the uniforms make everyone polite.
Pixiefrog gets a letter from NASA in search of a simian monkey. When Jake finds out the astronaut wears pants he refuses to serve his country. Luckily Windsor appears and has been trained along with his coach Adam Lyon thanks to the Spiffanos. At the end it appears its not NASA it was MASA (Most Amazing Simian Acrobats) by seeing the cannon. Adam gets the chance to serve his country for NASA. | |

| 25 :02x12 - Have Yourself A Joyful Little Animas (Sep/10/2006) | | Everyone knows that day is Animus except Adam Lyon. He also can`t smell. Accidentally he ruins Animus for everyone but later he makes his gang a favour and finds the smelly pebble.(A part of the celebration, final task). | |

| 27 :02x14 - Sick Day / The Cuddlemuffins (Jan/12/2007) | When Adam stays home sick, his best bud Jake misses him terribly at school. In kind, the gang constructs an icon in Adam's image to hang out with Jake.

| 28 :02x15 - The Big Field Trip (Jan/14/2007) | | Adam joins his friends for their annual field trip, but disaster strikes when the bus crashes, and members of the group are lost in the woods and unable to find their way home. | |

| 29 :02x16 - The Spiffanos/The Little Mermonkey (Jan/19/2007) | Adam has the most points for the pop-quiz and he gets to be a part of the smartest animals - The Spiffanos. He losses the spelling bee contest against Spidermonkey, Adam gets back in the gang, but Jake is replaced.
A little crab-thing gets out of his shell and gets into Adam`s locker. Meanwhile Jake reads fairytales and believes a mermonkey exists. In the end it appears it is a fishing-trap. | |

| 30 :02x17 - Diplomatic Insanity / Sidekicked (Jan/26/2007) | Adam launches an animal diplomatic organization called the United Species---a sort of United Nations with fur---but neglects Jake in the process.
Later, chaos ensues when Adam and Jake try to determine which of them is actually the sidekick. | |
