Episode Summary

Kai orders Mona to exercise some of her new power as a vice president by firing Adam. She feels terrible about doing this to her friend, but acknowledges that he isn't a very good receptionist and finally breaks the news to him. Adam is furious and refuses to take any of her calls. Meanwhile the Dees deal with the new male nanny, who cuases both of them to have fantasies about him.
