  Episode Summary
After Robbie tells her that she can't go to the premiere of Ashton Kutcher's new movie because she has to stay home and study, Miley is convinced to sneak out of the house and go to the premiere by Lilly and Oliver. Little does she know though that Jackson has the exact same idea except he's going to meet girls. Once they get there, both Miley and Jackson are surprised to see their dad there, and get an even bigger surprise when they realize that he's on a date with a real estate agent named Margo Diamond. Miley is extremely upset that Robbie would even try to replace her mother that died three years ago, so she decides to go down to the real estate agent's office dressed as Hannah Montana to try to find out a little bit about this lady their dad is dating.

  Episode Quotes
(Hannah and Jackson are hiding in a closet.)
Hannah: Jackson, you're on my foot!
Jackson: I can't move. I've got a for sale sign...in my backyard!

Margo: You're not going to believe this, but I've got Hannah Montana hiding in my closet!
Robbie: Huh?
Margo: Yeah. She's what we call a half bath short of a condo. I blame the parents.
Robbie: Yeah, me too.

Robbie: I just called to check in on you guys. Just to let you know, whatever you're doing that you don't want me to know you're doing, stop doing it. Study hard now, Good bye.

Oliver: I heard Ashton Kutcher's going to be there.
Miley: Okay, now you're just being cruel. But that's good. It's working. Keep going.
Lilly: (Evil Voice) Do it... do it... Ashton... do it!
Miley: Ooh, just one more time!
Lilly: (Evil Voice) DO IT!
Miley: Okay!

Robbie: I'm headin' out to my meeting. I should be back around 11. I'll be on my cell if anybody needs me, so try not to need me.
