Disney has tapped Brooke Shields to guest star in an episode in Season 2 as Miley's mother in what is assumed to be flashbacks. Other rumored guest stars for Season 2 include Jesse McCartney and Zac Efron. Also, Miley, Lilly, and Oliver will be in High School at the start of the new season.

Look for the new season in March/April 2007.
