Episode discussion for: 01x09 | Seep (Jun 13, 2009)
Got confused at the start cos iirc the previous ep ended with girl turning round to see boy with hands covered in blood - leading the audience to believe that boy was the evil killer type person. 
Then this ep started like 10mins later, skipping over the "so why do your hands look like they've been dipped in blood" conversation. 
Guess I should really rewatch that prev ep.  |

You didn't miss anything. Apparently, Henry got blood on him from trying to save JD, or so he says. There was also the part where Trish is like, "How did you get these cuts all over your arms?" Henry: "I...don't remember?" Trish: "Oh, okay! So what are we going to do about this killer who is so totally not you?" 
And then there was the part where no one bothered to ask Madison, "So the guy who kidnapped you--who is he?" because why ask her when it makes sense when you can leave that for an episode-ending cliffhanger? This show is a little ridiculous sometimes. |

Phew.  I have enough trouble keeping track of show with arcs that do make sense, so it is good to hear that it wasn't just me who was a little WTFed.
Still holding out hope that the end (in whatever shape it may take) is one that makes me want to rewatch the series again to catch all the now-obvious clues, rather than an ending that just leaves me feeling miffed and then to delete the whole lot from me 'tivo' and cursing the hours I invested in the show.
BTW if I'm ever searching a cellar-type place with a bunch of budfies for a psycho and his/her bleeding captive and we come to a fork in the road, the first person who suggests we split up is gonna get a slap. Oh yes, and anyone dropping the one and only torch after climbing all the way up a 100+foot ladder deserves a kick in the shins. |
