After getting a tip from a priest, Harry helps defend Jeffrey Rollins, an inmate serving life for a murder he did not commit. Meanwhile, legal woes continue to worsen for the laundromat after Adam risks disbarment by going behind Tommy's back to offer the fired employee her job back. Elsewhere, Malcolm and Tommy form an unlikely partnership when they team up to help an overweight woman sue multiple fast food giants.
The scene opens with Damian coming in with Father Jimmy “Big Papi” Vance. Jimmy tells that he is Damian’s bookie. Jimmy tells that a commissioner of the church told Vinny before he committed suicide, told Jimmy that his false testimony on the stand lead to an innocent man by the name of Jeffery Rollins to be imprisoned for life. He says that he could be kicked out of the priesthood for revealing this and wonders if it could be under the table. Harriet tells that he has to come out and say it on record for it to matter. Jimmy tells that he doesn’t care and will go on record. Harriet and Jimmy meet with Jeffery Rollins and he is upset that they now tell him after 25 years that he is innocent. Jeffery is not that happy and tells that parole board wants him to admit everything and he won’t. Jeffery tells them to get out and Harriet warns that if Jeffery admits to the crime, he is not going to have a good life.
