The scene opens with Harry, Ollie and District Attorney Remmick in the chambers of Judge Jordan Mitchell. He is upset that Remmick had Harry arrested for jury tampering and says that she needs to avoid any nonsense. Vinnie Delgado comes in and says that he is working for the defense and that he is a Private Investigator. He says that he has some possibilities that could point to a different killer of Eric Sander’s wife. Harry listens as Vinnie accuses the housekeeper. Ollie says that it could have been an accident and starts to argue with Vinnie. Cassie tells everyone to calm down and says that the murder weapon hasn’t even been found yet. She says that the prosecution is going to have to prove that. Jenna interrupts the meeting and says that Eric called and seems upset. He says that he just saw the murder scene in his house and needs them.

Ollie and Harry get over to the place and find Eric in the corner. They find that the bathroom has blood all over the place. Ollie offers his hand to him. Later, Tommy talks to Harry and says that the murder case is going to be tricky and that he can take it over for her. Remmick meets with the Detectives in charge of the case. She says that she is upset that they never found the murder weapon. She says that it is ruining her sex life. Meanwhile, Cassie talks to the housekeeper. She says that she hated the boss, but says that he would never kill his wife. She says that she was joyful when she got told that she was fired the day of the murder. She admits to putting a dead rat on the bed so that Mrs. Sanders would fire her. She tells Cassie that she was abused for seven years and that enough was enough. Cassie goes back to Adam and Harry with the information and says that they should try to pin the murder on the housekeeper.
Adam meets with Eric’s daughter, Bethany. He tells her that she is going to have to testify for Eric’s behalf. However, she states that she doesn’t know about it. Adam lets her know that if she doesn’t testify, he will most likely be sentenced to death. Later, Cassie comes up and says that Eric’s wife ripped up her will just two weeks before the murder. Harry suggests that the murderer was someone who was recently cut out of the will. Eric comes in so that they can talk about the testimony. Both Ollie and Harry agree that Eric take the polygraph test. However, he is not sure about killing his wife. He says that in the past, while under Ambien, he did things that he didn’t know of until later. Later, Remmick comes into the law office and suggests that they go for Murder Two. She says that it will save Eric from getting the death penalty. Ollie tells that Remmick is scared and Harry says that he is right and calls Vinny to look into the case to see who else could have done the murder.
Vinny gets back with them and says that Eric’s wife was having an affair. A delivery man heard her say that she was breaking it off. Adam talks to James, Eric’s son. James repeats everything Adam asks him and Eric says that James is bipolar. When the subject of affair comes up, Eric refuses to believe it. He says that they should talk to his boss, Corrine about it. Harry asks Eric about the plea to Murder Two. He says that he won’t take it. Even though he thinks that he could have done it, he doesn’t want that press on him. He says that Harry has to find the real killer. Later, Harry sits down with her team and they discuss why Remmick wants to make a deal. Jenna comes in and says that they raided Eric’s home. The police show the warrant and find the murder weapon. It is a crowbar and has no blood or fingerprints on it. Ollie goes up to the delivery man who said that he overheard Eric’s wife talking about breaking up the affair. He says that he wants $1 Million to talk about it.

Harry talks to Eric about why he looked guilty when the murder weapon was found. He says that he didn’t kill his wife and that if she doesn’t want to believe him, then she can leave. Harry goes to Remmick’s office and tells her that she is working on getting Eric to take the plea bargain. However, Remmick says that there is no more deal and that Eric is going to be executed after his trial. Harry goes back to her office and lights up a marijauana cigarette. Tommy runs in and takes it form her and tells her that she needs to stop feeling sorry and says that they have to play dirty.
They get to court and Harry says that the crowbar needs to be removed, but it is denied. The judge also rejects Harry’s suggestion to exhume the body. However, Harry knew that the judge would saw no. She just wanted to get Remmick bothered. Harry talks to Eric’s boss, Corrine. However, she is not happy with the affair question. She says that Eric’s wife was a respectable woman who would never have an affair. Adam, Tommy and Ollie talk to Marcus, the deliveryman. They tell that they can do things to him, but Marcus is not scared. Ollie takes Tommy’s framed diploma from the wall and hits Marcus in the head. Back at the office, Harry and Cassie hear what Ollie did and are unhappy. However, Tommy is happy to tell them that Marcus admitted hearing it and that he told Remmick about it months ago. Tommy shows that he has it recorded on his phone.

Eric comes over and Eric tells that because Remmick didn’t disclose all the material evidence to the case, it could be for grounds of dismissal on the case. She says that if it is dismissed though, the prosecution could not be able to file again. Remmick comes up to Harry later in her office and says that she wants a truce. However, Harry says that she doesn’t believe her and says that Remmick planted a bug in her office. Remmick realizes that Harry is not someone to mess with and walks out of the door quickly. The episode ends.
