Meanwhile, Oliver enlists the help of Phoebe to defend a high school girl who faces felony drug trafficking charges for dealing the Morning After pill.

Recap

The scene opens with Harry telling Sam that she would not return the money. Sam tells her that he will have to sue her. He tells her that since he own colleague spoke against her, she would face disbarment charges. Harry asks Sam to leave and also tells Phoebe that she will never win this case as Sam owns a tobacco company and he is a corporate criminal; and there is no way that she is going to manage getting the money. Phoebe asks Adam if he has given her offer a thought and Adam tells her that he is not interested. It seems that Phoebe and Lisa know each other, as they went to the same university and had an intimate relationship with the same guy. Just then Oliver calls Phoebe regarding a case. It is about a girl, Jessica, who is about to get into Yale, but has a problem; she deals in drugs and her parents want protect her. ..
