The scene opens with Wade arriving at Zoe’s when she is livid at him. He tries chatting her up, but she just tugs his tee collar and shoves in the cornflakes, which he claims to like. Wade guesses Zoe is mad at him for breaking her and Justin up. Meanwhile, George and Lemon arrive at the district school Science Fair, in which a number of things happen. First, Zoe is trying to make sure everything goes alright about the wedding, and turns away the moment he spots Lavon in the vicinity. It turns out she would give up anything for George, when he expresses surprise about she giving up her signature brand in cakes. She is also uptight about the arrangements, when George is insisting she must relax. The to do list, which Lemon takes out of her bag nervously, goes right into the bin – thanks to George’s throwing skills. ..Read the full recap
Lavon: Ain't that always the way? Something seems to be working perfectly, and then all of a sudden it's not. One minute, you and the volcano are rock solid. The next minute the volcano won't even return your calls.
Wade: Okay, Lavon so far today I have heard you compare Didi to a volcano, a bowl of grits and Dash's pet cockatoo "Pickles".
Lavon: No, I said Didi wasn't like Pickles, because Pickles knows how to use a damn phone.
Tom: It's just so great to finally see you in action! Doing your doctor thing.
Zoe: Just stocking the shelves.
Tom: Well, you're doing it super-awesomely.
Lemon: I believe that you deserve better, even if you don't.
Zoe: Lavon! Oh, hi. Can I have a quick word?
Lavon: Zoe I'm in a meeting.
Zoe: It's important. It's about that fruit problem we're having. Our oranges...especially our lemons...
Lavon: Uhh, I'll be right back.
Lemon: Bartender, I will have a mint julep please. What? It's a perfectly respectable drink.
Wade: Yeah, if you're a hundred. Lemon, what are you doing here in the middle of the day? Shouldn't you be off bossing someone around somewhere?
Lemon: I took the day off!
Wade: Day off from what?
Lemon: Very funny...
Tom: Hello, I brought snacks! In honour of Zoe's cultural heritage: bagels!
Zoe: Or biscuits with the middle cut out.
Zoe compares Didi and Lavon's relationship to Khloe Kardashian, whom she see's on the cover of a People magazine in George's office.
