Lemon and Wade are excited about taking over the reigns at the Rammer Jammer, but things come to a halt when they lose all the staff two days before opening. Lemon and Wade have bought the place, which is the reason why the townsfolk seem skeptical about, how a revamped Rammer Jammer will be. Lavon tells them to have some faith, but also says everyone should learn to cook their own breakfast just in case. At the Rammer Jammer, Lemon and Wade are already having differences even before they have entered the place. At the Dixie Shop, Tansy isn’t too happy to see George and Zoe getting overtly friendly. ..

Episode Quotes
Lavon: Hey, Big Z I need some advice.
Zoe: Hit me.
Lavon: AB signed us up to do a scene in Dash's Shakespeare thing. How do I get out of it.
Zoe: You want my advice?
Lavon: Yeah.
Zoe: Suck it up and do it. For the school gym, for AnnaBeth!
Lavon: I have been giving you relationship advice forever, now that I'm in need "Suck it up and do it," is the best you can offer?
(Zoe shrugs)
Lavon: Well, boo Zoe Hart. Boo.

Brick: So, what brings you here this morning?
Zoe: If I had this incredible dream about a certain gentleman that I used to have feelings for but really, really didn't think that I still did, even though there was this hug and he smelled so...That doesn't, definitely, hypothetically mean that those feelings re-emerged, right?
Brick: No, it doesn't. Especially if you're talking about George Tucker.
Zoe: No, I'm not. Why, what if I was? No, I know. It's bad, crazy, and so embarrassingly repetitive.
Brick: Dr. Hart, you have just come through a very painful break-up.
Zoe: A very painful break-up.
Brick: And it's normal for your subconscious to pursue the road not taken, and I would suggest that's why George Tucker is appearing in your dreams. He is unavailable, and thus, unable to hurt you. See, he is the man in your dreams, not the man of your dreams.
Zoe: Not bad, Dr. Breeland.

Lemon: You must be so cold exposing all that flesh. You know, they say 70% of the heat escapes the body through the...breast.

Lemon: Us working together was obviously a mistake.
Wade: Genius revelation, Lemon.
Lemon: We are a bar, we cannot survive without alcohol.
Wade: And another one, you are really on a roll.
Lemon: What are we going to do?
Wade: Nothing. What can we do?

Wanda: Oh, you're going to kiss my husband. Just know, if there is any tongue, I will remove yours.
Zoe: Noted.

Zoe: What, you're Romeo now? What about Tansy?
George: It's okay. Tansy, in her crazy girl logic, thinks that me not wanting to kiss you means I have feelings for you. So if I don't kiss you she is going to be pissed. So, I just hope you brushed your teeth Juliet because me and you are going to be doing some major lip locking.

AnnaBeth: Hey there, I got your message. I'm sorry about your migraine.
Lavon: No, I'm sorry for leaving you in the lurch. You okay?
AnnaBeth: Well, I have to do my scene with Dale King from second grade who I know is a stalker and may try to peel my skin off later, but otherwise I'm fine.
