The episode begins with Zoe arriving at George’s boat to make amends, alcohol in hand. She is there to apologize to him for voicing her feelings last night, despite knowing he is with Tansy now. She says that to get over him she started an online dating profile last night. At the Jammer, Lemon has called a handyman to fix the damage that was caused because of her and Wade trying to renovate the place on their own. Brick: Girls, Shelby and I are engaged.
(Lemon and Magnolia look angry)
Shelby: Well, you could at least fake a congratulations. I could always make it seem real later in my head.
Wanda: Tansy, are you okay?
Tansy: Oh, it's probably nothing. It's just that Zoe Hart came over last night and told George that she has feelings for him.
Tansy: Yeah, but George said she's over it and moving on and even online dating. I know it shouldn't matter if she has feelings for George, because he doesn't have feelings for her.
Wanda: Tansy, you're probably just insecure about where you and George stand. What you need is absolute scientific proof that you two are meant to be together. Like Tom and me, so even in the rough times you don't worry about how it will end up.
Tansy: Well, that sounds nice, but I can't imagine how you'd prove that.
Wanda: Having your star charts done.
Tansy: Oh my god, is that a thing? How does it work? Where do I go?
Wade: Internet dating, huh? Gotta be careful, there are a lot of freaks and weirdos online.
Zoe: Yeah, and there are a lot in here too.
Lavon: Gainey put his dump right next to us just to get back at me. Oh, you want to play that game? I am more than willing.
AnnaBeth: But that's the reaction he's expecting! You do something back, he does something, and pretty soon it's just about who can be more childish.
Lavon: Me, I can.
AnnaBeth: I'm sure, but don't.
Wade: To out grand experiment in bar ownership.
Lemon: Nope, I am not ready to give up yet and prove those naysayers right. I'll find the money somehow. I'll turn to crime, sell my body...
Wade: Are we talking medical science, or...
Lemon: Hey! Don't be mean.
Brick: I'm sorry I blew up like that.
Shelby: I wish you'd have come in here sooner. I just bought four pairs of shoes I can't afford and I am still a purse away from feeling better.
In the previous episode Brick had brain surgery to remove a tumour on his pituitary gland. When patients undergo brain surgery, their head is usually shaved partially, or entirely, but in this episode Brick has a full head of hair and no signs of having had major surgery.
