1 :01x01 - Bannon Custody Battle (Dec/30/2000)
Dr. Benton Quest and Race Bannon have always been the best of friends, if not more, though when Dr. Quest finds himself in court when his longtime partner attempts to gain custody of his son, Harvey must come to his defense in order to ensure his victory. However, Dr. Quest feels that Race has been acting quite differently recently, though Harvey is just concerned with the matters at hand.

While visiting a coffee shop, Apache Chief inadvertently spills coffee over his sensitive areas, which seems to have caused his superpower to become obsolete. In an attempt to gain compensation, he decides to sue the Javalux Corporation, in which Harvey decides to be his attorney as the two former superheroes were once great friends.

While on their way to try to meet up with the rest of the gang to solve a mystery, Shaggy and Scooby-Doo are placed under arrest by a police officer when he suspects that they’re under the influence of narcotics. Harvey is assigned the position of taking control of their defense, though he soon discovers that the two of them may not stand much of a chance in court.

4 :01x04 - Death By Chocolate (Jul/14/2002)
The country is in the middle of a manhunt, as an individual has been sending gift baskets to the CEOs of the largest corporations in the United States. However, when federal agents storm the Jellystone National Park in order to apprehend Boo Boo, Harvey must become his lawyer in order to try to convince the court that he couldn’t possibly be the vicious individual responsible for the crime. Though in doing such, Harvey’s relationship with Boo Boo soon takes a dramatic turn and his life may never be the same.

Jabberjaw and the Neptunes is one of the more popular bands as of late, though when they get sued by a Japanese band called Shoyu Weenie, Harvey decides to work with the prosecution in order to force the Neptunes to pay royalties to them. However, he soon discovers that Jabberjaw and the Neptunes have a solid defense, in which he’ll need to do his best if he wishes to obtain any chance of success.

Fred Flintstone finds himself accused of being the don of the county’s biggest crime syndicate, though he wishes for Harvey to take his defense in order to ensure he is found innocent of all charges. However, despite Fred’s obvious guilt, Harvey is oblivious to all the signs and he soon behaves in a fashion that causes the rest of Fred’s crime syndicate to grow suspicious, though things take a dramatic change when he decides to go for a defense that relies on unconventional circumstances.

The Blue Falcon has decided to give up his superhero routine and he’s become an attorney, in which he decides to join Sebben and Sebben, which causes him to become a celebrity amongst Harvey’s colleagues. However, Harvey isn’t too happy about everybody’s recent admiration of the new employee, which makes matters worse when he’s accused of doing the unthinkable.

Harvey must try to do everything he can to prove his innocence, though if he fails to do such, will he manage to find a way out of jail before he’s put to death?

X the Eliminator was once Harvey Birdman’s most vicious enemies, though as the years went by, he slowly forgot about his mission. However, upon discovering that Harvey is now an attorney, X sets off in an attempt to continue his evil schemes; though when he arrives at Harvey’s office, he discovers that he doesn’t remember him, which causes him to take drastic measures in order to refresh Harvey’s memory.
