Recap

Paladin is riding through mountainous territory and encounters four men. They explain that they’ve heard rumors of Indians raiding up ahead, and are looking for another man to ride with them. Paladin agrees and they start mounting up. One of them, a younger man named Corey, tells them to go ahead and he’ll take another route. One of the other men, Cass Richards, taunts Corey, saying that he’s afraid of heights. Another man, Dr. Stark, tries to reassure Corey, but Corey refuses to budge...

Episode Quotes
Paladin: You?
Corey: You give me a place where I don't have to look down, and I'll do anything.
Paladin: Yeah. Well, you really aren't much help to us then, are you?

Paladin: Doctor?
Stark: He's dead.
Paladin: Do you often pronounce your patients dead from a distance of ten feet?
Stark: I know my business. Dead as a mackerel.

Cass: We done what we could. Can't do it alone. 'Sides, there's too many gals I ain't courted yet. Too many saloons I ain't drunk in yet. So I don't aim to give 'em up on account of some dead body lying at the bottom of a cliff.

Paladin: Well, we all set ourselves up as God enough to pass judgement on another man. None of us is man enough to execute the judgement.

Episode Goofs
As Stebbins lowers Paladin and the others down the cliff, the cliff face that is seen behind him in the closeups disappears in the long shots. Also, Cass doesn't/does/doesn't hold the rope depending on whether it's a long or close shot, and Corey's grip on the rope changes as well.

Throughout the episode, the injured man is seen lying perpendicular to the cliff. However, when Stark finally gets down to him, the man is lying parallel to the cliff.
