Recap

Haven prepares for the annual Boat Parade as the demoted Nathan arrives at the station. Officer Paul Stark is bringing in Dwight, who he caught breaking into a meat packing factory with a crossbow. When Dwight says that Nathan can clear it up, Stark gleefully informs him that they have a new chief, Merrill, and the Troubled won’t be getting special treatment anymore. Nathan walks up and tells Stark that he’ll deal with it. Once they’re alone, Nathan brings Dwight up to speed and warns that Merrill is a reformer and apparently doesn’t know about the Troubles...
