A trucker parks outside a diner and waits for a waitress to come out. As he sits, he listens to a radio broadcast about a serial killer with sandy hair and a rose tattoo has killed a half dozen people in the area. The trucker spots the waitress come out but then notices a teenage boy run out. A sandy-haired man follows him and the trucker spots a rose tattoo on his arm. The trucker grabs his gun and follows the killer into a shed behind the diner. Nathan: You sleeping at all?
Audrey: Mmm. A couple of hours a night. I'm good though. I'm getting a lot of stuff done. You?
Nathan: I didn't just go through a breakup.
Audrey: You did just get demoted, there was anarchy at the police station, and the new police chief died right in front of you.
Nathan: Yeah. But I didn't go through a breakup.
Audrey: Dwight's cleaning the guy. I guess when you look like a Viking, people just believe what you tell them.
Dwight: Teeth marks on the body, they're human.
Audrey: Are you sure?
Dwight: Nothing else looks quite like people being eaten by people.
Nathan: I hear a squirrel.
Audrey: We are in the woods, Nathan.
Nathan: Two squirrels chattering means they're having a conversation. This is just one. It means he's scared of something large.
Audrey: Boy Scouts?
Nathan: Moose Hunter magazine. (Audrey stares) I was a kid.
Audrey: Your way is gonna get people killed.
Ed Driscoll: Maybe. But it'll be the right people.
