The scene opens with Savannah and Alice walk in on Firemen playing a basketball game. Alice has brought Savannah along to help cheer her up. She tells that she is fine and that everything will work out in the end. Alice mocks her that she is putting her trust in God and tells her to be upset for once. She tells that she is upset, but things have a way of working their way out. Two firemen come over and ask if they are going to play or just watch. Alice tells that they are throwing a party and they are invited. They tell that they are on a 24-hour On-Call shift and can’t do it. Savannah asks how they are going to do it and Alice tells that they are going to just wing it. Savannah tells that they need a theme and Alice tells her to ask her God to what theme they should have.

Meanwhile, Vanessa, Morgan and Marti meet with Julian and show him the video. He tells that they can’t use it in court, but the press is going to love it. He asks for the original and Marti shows him a shredded disk. She tells that she put it on her computer. Marti tells that there is a catch to it all. He has to get Coach Red Raymond in on it too. He refuses, but after telling that he is only going to agree because Marti will be forced to drop out if it goes public, he agrees to the terms. Later, Marti waits for Red and he has Bill Marsh with him. Bill tells that they are going to help Travis the only way they can and give him all the freedoms within prison. They will then donate a lot of money to Julian’s cause and help people in the future, but not Travis. Marti tells that there is no deal and she is going public.
At Cheertown, Darwin asks Alice to sign his cheer scrapbook and tells that he is making it of the memories of the Hellcats when they get taken down. Alice tells that no one is going to care about the scrapbook. Savannah hears this and starts to get upset. Lewis tries to talk to Alice, but she tells that she doesn’t want to just sit around. Savannah gets upset and runs to her room. She gets on her knees and starts to pray and crying. She gets an idea for the party. She runs out with a sheet and tells that they are going to have a Toga party. Meanwhile in Billy Marsh’s office, Red tells that Marti isn’t bluffing and she will make the video public. Red suggest that Jake turn himself in and Bill tells that Jake is full of himself. He tells that they can create a paper trail and make Jake confess. Red tells that he will take a run at him first before they do that. Later, Red walks up to Julian, Morgan, Marti and Vanessa and tells that Stage One complete. Vanessa thanks Red and Red tells that he is sorry about the other night.
The party kicks off and Lewis tells that they are going to go down fighting if it comes to that and starts singing. He is joined by another singer and the party goes into full swing. Meanwhile, Red, Marti and Julian meet with Jake in Red’s office and they tell him the facts. Red tells that Jake will serve a minimal sentence and be able to come back to Football at Lancer. Jake tells that Bill will get him the best lawyer. Red plays the tape conversation that he had with Bill and Jake gets upset after hearing that Bill Marsh doesn’t have his back and tells that he is going to take down everyone and tells that he can’t do jail time. The plan has backfired in their faces. Marti goes to visit Travis and he tells her to drop the case and to move on with her life. She tells that she is not going to give up on Travis and tells that they are going to have to go public with this.

Back at the party, Alice takes a trashcan and lights the trash on fire. She puts it up to the smoke alarm. The firemen come and Alice tells them to stay. Marti comes to the party and Alice asks about the update. She tells that the plan failed and that they are going to have to wait it out. She tells that it is not good enough and tells that she is going to talk to Jake. One the firemen, Keith takes a liking to Savannah and hears what she says about how she is going to possibly loose the Hellcats. He tells that everything happens and that she is going to have to live life as it comes. She is happy with that and Keith asks if he can take her out sometime. She tells that she would love too, but she can’t. She is in love with Dan and will wait until he returns. He tells her that he understands what she is doing and tells that she needs to live life one day at a time.
Jake is on the Football Field and Alice comes. She tells that she understands how he is feeling and that he has an opportunity to save hundreds of lives by confessing to the crime that he committed, prank or not. He tells that he won’t survive in prison and that he is not that strong. Alice asks if he believes in God and that it is possible that this has happened so that Jake can right a wrong and make things better. He pauses and asks if she will visit him in prison. She tells that she will as often as Jake would like and tells that she will standing by him when he makes the announcement. He asks her to pray with him and she tells that she will.

The episode ends with Jake coming clean about the act that he committed and that Travis needs to walk free and he will take his place. The press calls him brave that he righted a wrong and Alice is there next to Jake. Marti and Julian are happy that Jake made the right choice and that it is all over with. Red, Julian and Marti talk to Bill Marsh and print out his resignation letter. He tells that he gets to walk away with his pension, but Red tells that he has donated all of his pension to Julian’s case. He walks away with his things and Red moves into his office. Travis is set free and Jake takes his place serving 7 months in prison. They escort Jake in his cell and Jake cries. The Hellcats are gathered to hear Travis and Marti sing “Redemption Song” and the episode ends.
