9x16: Winner Announced recap: With Tommy and Elise out of the competition, it is between Will and Paul in the season finale of Hell’s Kitchen. Chef Ramsay says that their biggest service of their lives is coming up and they are going to have to push it if they are going to do it. Will and Paul go back to the dorm and toast to their victory. They work throughout the night on their menus that they are going to present to the dinner service. Will says that he knows what he is going to cook and Paul says that he is going to make sure that everything is perfect. Paul says that he is doing this for his mom who passed away right before Paul went out to Hell’s Kitchen and he made a promise that he would win it for her. The next day, the two share their menus with Scott and Mary Ann. They like what they see. Ramsay says that they need to de-stress and there are limos outside. They go outside to find that Will’s wife and mom are in one and Paul’s brother is in another...
read more.9x15: 4 Chefs Compete recap: With Jennifer gone from the competition, only Elise, Will, Paul and Tommy remain in the running to claim the position at BLT Steak in New York. Tonight is a two part episode and the winner of Hell’s Kitchen is going to be crowned. The chefs go to their rooms and Will tells Elise that she can cook better then Jennifer and that is why he picked her. The next morning, the chefs get their new challenge and Chef Ramsey brings out Elise’s son, husband and aunt, Tommy’s mom and girlfriend, Paul’s brother and Will’s mom and wife come to give their love to them. Tommy kisses his girlfriend over and over again and the chefs get to have a little inspiring moment, but have to say goodbye to them after spending some time with them...
read more.9x14: 5 Chefs Compete recap: The Final Five gets another chance in the kitchen and Elise, Will, Tommy, Paul and Jennifer are ready to show that they deserve that second chance. They go to the lobby and Paul teases Jennifer for confessing her love for him. The next day, the chefs wake up to go into the kitchen to meet with Chef Ramsay. He says that he has an important task for them today. He says that he wishes that fish would fall from the sky. At the moment, an Alaskan Salmon falls from the ceiling and scares everyone. He says that they are going to have to cook the Salmon and turn it into an expensive dish. The chef with the most expensive dish wins. They race and they’re all in the game to show that they have the best talent. The chefs serve their dishes and Ramsay calls in Justin Wyborn of Nobu, Donato Poto of Providence and Chris Denton of Mr. Chow come in to help judge the dishes with Ramsay...

They go to celebrate with champagne and agree that the drama ends. The next morning, the chefs come out and meet with Ramsay. They are going to have to transform ugly dishes into something beautiful and delicious. They get 50 minutes and they move around the kitchen to cook their dishes to show that they are worthy of the black jacket. They push it to get their dishes ready to present to Ramsay. The chefs go back to their rooms and Elise says that she is so grateful of the chance to be there still. The next day, Elizabeth says that she is not going to panic anymore and the other members of her team laugh. They go out to Chef Ramsay and he says that each team is going to have to make 3 dishes. One member is to make a 30 minute, a 20 minute dish and a 10 minute dish. Jennifer and Tommy start with their 30 minute dishes and they move in with no problem. Elizabeth and Paul start with their 20 minutes dishes and Elizabeth is a little scatter-brained. Elise and Will start with their 10 minute dishes and they rush to complete it.
