Now that Brendan is out of the competition only 15 remain in the competition. Natalie, Carrie, Will, Gina, Amanda, Krupa, Monterrey, Jonathan, Elizabeth, Paul, Tommy, Jennifer, Chino, Jamie, and Elise are on their way to another service. The teams go to their rooms and Paul tells them that he is not going to be ashamed to have a girl join them on their team. The Red Team talk and Carrie tells the team that she is willing to go over to the Blue Team. Early the next day, clowns come in and wake up the teams and tell them that they need to get out in the dinning room. Chef Ramsey comes up and tells that Carrie isn’t going over to the Blue Team, but Natalie is. The Red Team is upset that they had to lose one of their best chefs to the Blue Team.

They get their challenge and it is first to unload “Stonefire” bread and then they have to serve lunch to children and their mothers. As the order begins, the Blue Team catches fire with Natalie now on their team. They are communicating and getting it out there. However, on the Red Team, there is a lot of division. However, they get neck to neck on the competition and Elise’s ego goes up and Carrie is blamed for messing up on the Quesadillas. After a close lunch service, it is Natalie who wins it for the Blue Team. Afterward, Ramsey tells the Blue Team to get changed into some comfortable clothing while the Red Team is told to clean up the dinning room from all the kids. Carrie starts to vacuum and everyone jumps on the bandwagon of ostracizing Carrie from Hell’s Kitchen and criticize her help that she is giving. She is trying to not let it get to her.
Meanwhile, the Blue Team go to Medieval Times and eat and enjoy the dinner and the show and get to sword fight with the cast as well. Back at Hell’s Kitchen, the Red Team have to set up for Family Night and Carrie suggests that they split up and put together the basketball court and others do the swing set. Elise starts to tell that Carrie is the problem again. The Blue Team come back from their party and teases the Red Team that they have to put together everything. Inside, Natalie tells the other members of her new team that the reason why the Red Team is good is because they were prepared. Meanwhile, Jamie yells at Carrie about her creating problems and tells her that she need to stop it. During prep work, the Blue Team communicates and gets things done while the Red Team has only Elise yelling and no one listening. Before dinner service for Family Night, Chino and Gina are picked as waiters to help out James in the dinning room.

At 6:04 PM the restaurant opens and the dinner service begins. Chino comes up with the first order and Ramsey tells that he can’t read it and Chino forgot to ask about sides. Gina succeeds the first time and they get their first order started on the Red Team. Elise gets them off to a good start with the pizza. Chino finally comes up with the order and it is legible and the Blue Team flies to get the order done. Back on the Red Team, Amanda spills the sauce on the stove and looks defeated. Ramsey doesn’t like that at all and tells her to fight for it. The Red Team with Carrie and Jennifer cooking the meat is slow going and they manage to mess it up by sending a burger and Beef Wellington out when it wasn’t even on the ticket.
At 6:58 PM, Carrie and Jennifer’s mistake has slowed them down. The Blue Team catches up and they are confident with their newfound member and manage to have only minor mistakes. Amanda manages to not be able to cook the fish all the way and Elise tells that she didn’t cook it and Ramsey is upset that they haven’t gotten one dish out yet. Natalie feels a little pressure of being the leader when she has issues with her wellington. But, things pay off when she nails it and gets it out. However, Carrie gets into an argument with Elise and the lamb goes out. Ramsey doesn’t like that it raw and tells them to shut it down and quit cooking now. He has the entire Red Team go up to all the tables and apologize for not getting their dinner out to them on time and go back in the back room and start to talk about the night.

At 8:05 PM, the Red Team is in the back room and Elise and Carrie argue and point fingers. Meanwhile, the Blue Team feed the Red Team’s guest and the Blue Team’s. No one is going home from their team tonight. The Red Team go up to Ramsey and he tells them that they have an ego problem in their team and that there were a lot of people who were bad. Krupa tells that Elise’s ego is the problem and Elise snaps back. Jennifer, Carrie and Amanda are called to come forward and Ramsey asks Carrie why she should stay. Carrie tells that she is a good chef and wants to prove that she is. Even though almost everyone on the team wants her to go home, she is there to fight. Amanda tells that she admits the mistakes that she made. Ramsey says that he is upset that she just gave up. Amanda leaves Hell’s Kitchen for just that and Ramsey tells the Red Team to get it together.
