<-- Previous EpisodeNext Episode -->
With Amanda out, only Natalie, Carrie, Will, Gina, Krupa, Monterrey, Jonathan, Elizabeth, Paul, Tommy, Jennifer, Chino, Jamie, and Elise remain in their competition. The Red Team goes out of the room and Elise is shocked that Carrie wasn’t voted off. Elise runs her mouth and her attitude is upsetting Krupa so much that Krupa packs her things up and moves to a different room. Everyone gets upset that Elise won’t calm down about everything and tell that it is going to be hard to live in the same place as her.

At 7:05 AM, the Head Chefs wake up the contestants and get them suited up for their challenge. They meet Chef Ramsey outside and he says that they are going to have to catch chickens and collect ingredients that they are going to need to make the Lunch service. The Red team manages to get 9 ingredients and the Blue Team get 11 ingredients. The next phase, the teams cook their chicken in three different methods. Carrie messes up with the chicken for the Red Team and on the Blue Team, Monterrey accidentally has a piece of the chicken fall on the floor. Ramsey brings in Jen Garcia, writer of People Magazine and Entertainment Weekly’s editor, Dave Karger. First up is Carrie and Gina’s fried chicken and Gina tells that Carrie made the chicken raw. Blue wins against the fried chicken. The next chicken of Krupa’s comes up and both Red and Blue get a point. The grilled chicken comes up and Tommy says that they had a chicken fall on the ground and the Red Team get the point. With the score tied, it is down to Elise and Elizabeth on the roasted chicken. Ramsey asks who’s idea it was to make the dish look pretty and Elise takes credit when it was a collective one. The winning team is the Red Team. They get to go to a Go-Cart and Elise and Elizabeth are photographed for the magazine.

The Blue Team has to prepare chicken and everything else. The Red Team come out dressed in their normal clothes and say goodbye to the Blue Team. The girls get to the Go-Cart place and get suited up. They race around the track and have a fun time. Elizabeth says that she doesn’t have a license and that she was scared. Back in the kitchen with the Blue Team, they decide to run through their dinner service routine and Chino brings up obstacles. The rest of the team are upset that he has to make it difficult. Back at the Go-Carts, Jamie, Elise and Carrie are the ones that have the fastest times and between Elise purposely trying to sabotage Carrie, Jamie wins the trophy. The Red Team get back and both teams begin to prepare for the Dinner Service coming up and Elise has a problem listening to Head Chef MaryAnn. Elise tells that she doesn’t want to hear it and MaryAnn tells her that she is rude.

The Dinner Service begins and they are going to have VIPs in the dinning hall including Champion volleyball players, Misty May Treanor and Jen Kessy on the Red Kitchen side and Olympic swimmers, Mark Spitz and Janet Evans on the Blue Kitchen side. As VIPs, they’re sitting in the kitchen at the Chef Table. Jonathan is picked as the host for the blue side and Krupa is picked as the host for the red side. Elise manages to get her appetizer good after Ramsey tells her to fix them, but Tommy put too much dressing on the Caesar Salad. Carrie tries to organize the team and messes up. Elise blames Carrie for it and Ramsey is already getting fed up

At 7:35 PM, Monterrey tells that the Bass is falling apart. Head Chef Scott screams at Monterrey and tells him that he is lying and tells him to shut up. Monterrey tells him to back off and Jonathan tells Monterrey that he is doing everything he can. Monterrey tells that he is doing nothing and cusses out one another. Will tells them to cool down. After 2 hours, the Red Team finally gets their appetizers out and Gina cuts the meat before everyone is ready. Monterrey gets the Bass out and it is really good. Chino keeps messing up the Wellington and Ramsey sends it back. Elise doesn’t cook the Bass and Ramsey tells that Elise needs to look at herself in the mirror and stop blaming others. Chino costs the Blue Team to continue to cook by messing up the Wellington again and Lamb. Ramsey apologizes to the swimmers and says that they were good last time. On the Red side, they too mess up the Lamb and Ramsey tells them not to cook anymore and tells them to get out.

At the end of the night Ramsey and Head Chefs Scott and MaryAnn have to finish what the Red Team and Blue Team couldn’t do. Meanwhile, both teams talk about what they did wrong and the Blue Team chose Chino to be the one going home. He tries to defend himself by telling that it was Natalie that messed him up. She starts to cry and the guys take her side because Chino didn’t own up to his mistake. At the Red Team, Jamie suggests that they just draw up a point system to whoever screwed up. Carrie and Elise argue again and it is clear which two the team wants to go home. At the elimination, Carrie, Elise, Monterrey and Chino are called down. After pleading their case, Ramsey asks who on the Red Team should go home and everyone but Elizabeth tell Elise should go. Ramsey says Elise’s name and tells her to stop crying and get back in line. He sends home Chino because of not being able to cook the meet tonight.
