<-- Previous EpisodeNext Episode -->
Now that Monterrey out of the competition, only Natalie, Carrie, Will, Krupa, Jonathan, Elizabeth, Paul, Tommy, Jennifer, Jamie, and Elise remain in to win the $250,000 a year salary. The Blue Team sit down and Jonathan tells that he is ready to win a service and Tommy says that he is tired of losing. Krupa gets drunk and has fun while the other members of the teams laugh at how silly she is acting. The next morning, Krupa is feeling the weight of her mistake as the teams go out to their challenge. Chef Ramsey asks what the chefs could cook by using the fruit found on the table. They each come up with interesting dishes. Ramsey calls in Beer Sommeliers Hallie and Christina and they tell that they would make beer. The challenge today is to cook with beer.

The teams get cooking and they have 45 minutes to come up with a dish that is going to compliment the beer that is added to it. After struggling through, each member of the team has their dishes rated from 1st to 5th by the other teammates. They have their dishes and start the presentation. Carrie’s dish is told that it was good. Paul’s is told that it is too much. Red team gets the point. Jonathan and Elise go up and Elise gets the point for Red Team for having the better tasting dish. Jennifer and Natalie compete and Jennifer’s dish isn’t up to par and Blue Team gets the point. Elizabeth and Will go up and Blue Team gets the point and ties it up. Last dish is up and Jamie and Tommy go up for the win. Both dishes were good, but Jonathan’s dish was better and the winner of the challenge is the Blue Team. They are going to be able to be VIP Quests at the Grand Prix race while the Red Team is going to have to stock and resupply with the delivery. Elise cries and Ramsey asks what is wrong. Everyone else on the Red Team roll their eyes.

The delivery truck gets there and the Red Team are to get the ice that is back there. Like always, Elise is hanging back and not participating to help. The team members ignore the fact that she is not a team player. Meanwhile, the Blue Team arrives at the race track and meets Professional Indy Drivers, Arie Luyendyk, JR. and Simona De Silvestro. They are shocked and get to go for a ride in the Indy cars with the drivers. Paul tries to flirt with Simona De Silvestro, but fails miserably. Back at Hell’s Kitchen, the Red Team gets another delivery. This time it is Kegs of Beer. Once again, Elise complains and the Red Team is fed up with it and are upset with Elise. The Blue Team get back from their day of relaxation and the Red Team talks to Elise about her lack of effort on working after losing the challenge. She tries to defend herself by telling them that she is not going to hurt herself. The teams prep their kitchens and the Red Team decide that due to Elise’s commitment to be more polite, they are going to work together.

They open Hell’s Kitchen for the dinner service and they have Professional Football Players Andre Carter and Matt Leinart in the dinning hall. The Red Team manages to start off with a bang and get their appetizers going without any problems. The Blue Team isn’t that lucky with it when Natalie cooks her fish a little raw and rubbery. Elise messes up with the salad being watery and tries to throw Carrie under the bus for it. However, Ramsey sees that it is Elise’s fault and says that it is her who should be responsible and not Carrie. Forty-Five minutes into dinner service, Natalie continues to undercook and overcook the fish and he looks at all the fish that Natalie has messed up. He counts them and there are 30 fish scallops that she messed up. Will goes over and fixes the scallops by giving Natalie some pointers. They manage to get their act together.

Krupa and Jamie are not communicating and Elise decides to take the initiative and barks orders and it upsets the Red Team. Back on the Blue Team, Jonathan brings up the Wellington and the pastry is raw. Jonathan throws Tommy under the bus and blames him. Ramsey doesn’t care whose fault it is and tells them to get going on new ones. Elise keeps yelling out tickets and Jamie tells her to calm down and not to confuse them. Elise turns back to her argumentative self again. Krupa messes up the meat again and Ramsey asks if she wants to go home and she says that she doesn’t. Jonathan and Natalie try to coordinate, but their Wellington and Bass are undercooked and overcooked. Ramsey kicks them out of the kitchen and Jonathan storms out and says that he quits. Ramsey tells them that they need to do better that is all.

The teams finish dinner service and Ramsey says that the losing team tonight is the Red and Blue Team. They go in their lobbies and talk amongst themselves. Natalie says that Jonathan should go home because he had the Wellington bad from the beginning. The others pick Natalie for messing up on the Scallops. The Red Team talks and Krupa says that it is clear. Elise says Jamie should go and Jamie tells that Elise needs to take responsibility and work on her attitude. Both teams come out and Blue Team pick Natalie and Jonathan. Red Team picks Krupa and Jamie. Natalie, Jonathan, Jamie and Krupa come forward. Jamie says that she knows that she is good. Krupa says that she has a lot to show. Jonathan says that he wasn’t ready to walk out. Natalie says she is not giving up. The person leaving Hell’s Kitchen is Krupa. Ramsey tells that they are not done and it is to be continued.
