With Jonathan gone from the competition, Natalie, Carrie, Will, Elizabeth, Paul, Tommy, Jennifer, Jamie, and Elise are still in it to win it. Elise is on a high horse because Chef Ramsey complimented her meat station from the dinner service. She tells that she is happy and Carrie doesn’t join in on it. This sets Elise off again and tells that Carrie needs to be packing every dinner service. Everyone sees that Elise is on a mission to get Carrie kicked off. The next day Ramsey asks who of the chefs are married. He asks Elise what was the thing that made him fall in love with her. Elise says that it was her spaghetti. He says that they are going to be creating a sexy desert. He tells that they have one hour to make a desert.

The chefs get into the kitchen and Will struggles to get the job done because he is not good at them. On the Red Team, Jamie says that she is not good as well. Carrie talks up herself as being a desert. Tommy decides on a Sticky Bun and Paul laughs and says that it is a breakfast food. The teams rush to make their deserts and then they decide which dish is the worse. Carrie says that they should drop Jennifer’s because of the alcohol taste being too strong. However, Jennifer votes for Carrie’s dish to go out of there for not being the prettiest. Carrie says that Elise’s is a lot worse. Ramsey brings in Jordan Kahn and Waylynn Lucas, two stunning pastry chefs. Tommy comes up for the Blue team and he doesn’t get a good point and only gets two. Jamie comes up with her desert and gets 3 stars. Paul gets 6 stars. Elizabeth gets 3 stars. Natalie gets 3 stars. Carrie comes up and gets 2 stars. Will comes up and gets 2 stars. Jennifer comes up to try to win it for the Red Team. And she manages to win it for them. Ramsey asks to try Elise’s dish. They insult it and call it full of vinegar.
The reward for the Red Team is that they are going to head off to Las Vegas and get to have butlers and stay at a Villa at Caesar’s Palace. The Blue Team has to transform Hell’s Kitchen for their date night. They also have to set up the Raw Bar for tonight as well. They get to prepping and Will curses the entire team ask what he messed up again. Meanwhile, the Red Team arrives in Vegas and goes to their Villa that has been set up for them. They go inside to find that there is a chocolate fountain, a huge bathroom and pool. They toast to their victory and get a visit from Holly Madison, star of Peepshow. She says that they have a gift for everyone and give them her new book and tickets for 3 days in Vegas with one other person. Back at the restaurant, the Blue Team gets the dinning room decorated with flowers and Paul has fun and dances with Will a little bit to bring their spirits up. Back in Vegas, Carrie and Elise start to insult each other when Elise tells that she can’t believe that Carrie is sharing. The team tells them to cool it.

Hell’s Kitchen opens and it is the first ever date night. They get started and the Red Team starts off with Ramsey asking who the leader is tonight. Elise, of course, tells that she will do it, but Jennifer says that she will. Tommy on the Blue Team is scatter-brained and rushes to get his scallops out. Meanwhile, Carrie tries to coordinate with Elise to see how long on the Risotto and she isn’t talking. Carrie gets frustrated and Ramsey hears the banter. He asks Elise how long and she tells him. He says that they need to keep their personal issues out of the kitchen. Tommy messes up on the scallops and seasons them too early. He does it again and Tommy says that he is getting ahead of himself. The Red team manages to get their act and appetizers are flying out. However, Ramsey finds a hair and Jamie says that the hair wasn’t there before and Carrie is disgusted. Elise tells that she believes that Jamie isn’t in the game. Tommy fires up the Bass already and Ramsey tells Tommy to go outside to take a breather.
The Red team move onto entrees and Carrie’s Bass is burned and Carrie says that she didn’t see it. He kicks her out and Carrie tries to fight for her reason to stay and argues with Ramsey. He tells her to get out and Carrie is upset that she was kicked out for burning the Bass and Jamie wasn’t kicked out for having a hair. Meanwhile, Tommy, rather then going outside, stays in the dinning room and talks to attractive girls. He says that he had to leave because he loves his girlfriend. He goes back in and is fired up to prove. Jamie on the Red Team is a little confused and Ramsey doesn’t like her fried zucchini. Paul messes up on the chicken and kicks him out of the kitchen for not cooking the chicken all the way. Ramsey tells Tommy to give the dish to Paul. On the Red Team, Elise messes up on her dish and Ramsey has her call it out 3 times. Tommy gets back and takes over and manages to get on speed. Elise is kicked out of the kitchen for over-cooking the oysters.

The teams race to finish dinner service and there is a proposal in the dinning room. Everyone cheers. After dinner service, Ramsey tells that the Red Team didn’t do good at all and says that Elise had a lack of concentration. Ramsey tells Jamie is not waking up. He calls Carrie a sandwich girl. She tells that she isn’t and says that she is better then that. He tells that they need to decide which two are going up for elimination. Jennifer tells that she is upset and they decide on Carrie because she argued with Chef Ramsey. She tells that she likes to fight for his position and tells that they can decide who else is going up. The Red Team comes up and they tell that Carrie and Elise are their choices because they are bringing the team down. After a little bit, he tells them to get back in line after scaring them and says that the person who is going to be eliminated is Jamie and everyone is shocked. She tells that Jamie got worse and worse and tells them to let that be a lesson. Will says that he will not be walking out of Hell’s Kitchen silently if that ever happened to him.
