<-- Previous EpisodeNext Episode -->
With Jamie gone, Natalie, Carrie, Will, Elizabeth, Paul, Tommy, Jennifer, and Elise remain in the competition to win the position as Head Chef at BLT Steak. Carrie is happy that she is still in it. Jennifer doesn’t believe it and tells Carrie and Elise that they are going to have to stop the complaining and arguing with one another. The next morning the Chef’s are going to have to do a blind taste test. Carrie and Tommy go up first and get one point each. Natalie and Will go up and Will gets one point added to his team. Jennifer and Paul go up and they manage to get one point each for their team. With the Blue Team leading by one point, the last pair is Natalie and Elise. It is close, but Elise wins it for the Red Team. Ramsey says that the Red Team is going to have a gourmet lunch and to get there, they are going Horseback riding. The Blue Team is going to have to unload grapes and peal them by hand.

The Red Team get to their reward and get to their reward and James comes up on a horse. Carrie gloats that she was born and raised in Texas around horses and goes up to a horse and it urinates. They get saddled and go off to their lunch. Once there, they toast to their victory. Meanwhile, it is not so much fun for the Blue Team. They are not happy with their punishment. Tommy tries to make the best of it and starts telling grape jokes to try to lighten the mood. Back on the mountain, the Red Team get a little bit drunk and the arguing starts between Carrie and Elise. Back at Hell’s Kitchen, Natalie loses it and starts throwing grapes on the floor and tells that she is done peeling grapes. The Red Team gets back drunk and talks about their day. Later that night, Carrie and Elise argue and Carrie gets in Elise’s face and tells her that she needs to no exaggerate.

The next morning, the Blue Team preps the kitchen and get ready for dinner service early. Later that afternoon, the Chefs are called by Ramsey to have a meeting. He tells them that they are having a Double Seating. Since the Red Team won the first challenge, they get to chose if they are going to serve or cook first. They decide that they are going to serve first. The first Dinner service begins and the Blue Team seems to be ready. The Red Team gets the orders from the customers without any problems at all. Tommy struggles to get the appetizers out and refuses to communicate with Ramsey or the team. They are getting frustrated, but eventually, Tommy gets the appetizers out of there. They move on to the Entrees and Natalie is in charge of getting the meat out. However, she messes it up 3 times before Ramsey gets fed up with it. He tells her to wake up and she tries her best to get it out. However, their time is up and none of the customers get their Entrée.

The second dinner service begins and the Red Team is excited that they were good serving and are confident that their cooking will be good too. Tommy fails to impress Ramsey with his ticket writing and he gets it ripped up twice. The Red Team manages to get their appetizers out and begin their Entrées with no problem at first. However, it goes down hill from there because Elise messes up on the Bass. The dishes are held up though because of Carrie and the Garnish. Jennifer loses her temper and yells at Carrie. She tells that if she needs help, then she needs to say so. They scramble to try to get the Entrées out, but are unable to make it in the 90 minutes that they were given. Ramsey tells them to shut it down and later. Ramsey tells that no one wins tonight. He says that they are going to have to each pick one person that they feel should be leaving Hell’s Kitchen tonight.

The teams go to their areas and start to talk about who is to go up. The Red Team talk and Elise picks Carrie and Carrie picks Elise of course. Jennifer says that she will be happy to see either one of them to go home and Elizabeth agrees. On the Blue Team, they are all in agreement that Tommy should be going home. He tells that he needs to go out for a moment and Natalie goes with him. When Natalie leaves, Paul tells Will that Natalie is always quick to point the blame and says that it was her meat that messed them up tonight. The Chefs go up to Ramsey and the Red Team chooses Carrie and the Blue Team picks Tommy. They try to plead their case and it is Carrie who leaves the kitchen. They show a clip show of all the drama that was Elise and Carrie and she tells that she did her best. However, Ramsey says that he is tired of the lack of a front-runner and tells Elise to take off her jacket. To be continued...
