With Elizabeth out of the competition, Jennifer, Elise, Will, Paul, and Tommy have their black jackets and Chef Ramsay says that they are one team now. They go to celebrate with champagne and agree that the drama ends. The next morning, the chefs come out and meet with Ramsay. They are going to have to transform ugly dishes into something beautiful and delicious. They get 50 minutes and they move around the kitchen to cook their dishes to show that they are worthy of the black jacket. They push it to get their dishes ready to present to Ramsay. He decides to bring in Lesley Bargar Suter from L.A. Magazine, Cookbook author Susie Heller, Food stylist Valerie Aikman-Smith, Food photographer Deborah Jones and Eric Greenspan from Melrose. ..
