Hiro and Ando begin their journey to New York, but don't get far before a Vegas high-roller makes them an offer they can't refuse. HRG sets up a meeting between Claire and her biological parents, and Claire hopes that she'll get some answers as to where her ability comes from. Meanwhile, Isaac is called again by Hiro, but Peter answers and relays a life-saving message.
