Claire: The other night that’s what I was doing. I was giving myself a pedicure.
West: You’re not very good at it.

West: Just walk me through this one last time. I didn't see you cut off your toe, is that right?
Claire: The bottle of nail polish fell over and it just looked like it was bleeding.
West: Improvising is really not your forte.
Claire: Why are you such a smart ass?
West: Why are you so bad at lying?
Claire: I'm not lying.
West: Fine then, you gave yourself a pedicure and your toe fell off and came back on, works for me.
Claire: I'm going to class.
West: Don't do your nails on the way.

Ricky: You see, Celtic is taking on AC Milan.
Tuko: We're talking football, yeah? 'Soccer'.
Peter: I lost my memory, I'm not an idiot.

Takezo Kensei: Get away from me! You're a devil.
Hiro: No, no. I'm here to help you.
As Kensei rides away, Hiro shouts after him: Kensei, wait! We have to write history!

Takezo Kensei: How are such things possible?
Hiro: Some say it's a gift from God. Some people think it's evolution.
Takezo Kensei: What is that? Evolution?

Bob: Mohinder, it was built for you.
Mohinder: I'm sorry?

Mohinder: That is very generous of you, but really I prefer to work on my own.

West: You can sky dive without a parachute!
Claire: You can sky dive without a plane!

West: Couple years ago, when we were living in St. Louis, I was riding my bike to school and next thing I knew it was a day later and I was waking up in my bed. The last thing I remember is this man stepping out of the bushes, calling my name.
Claire: What are you talking about? What man?
West: I don’t know who he was. But I remember the way he looked at me, like I was an animal he wanted to trap. Tried to put him out of my head, but sometimes I see his face. The guy with the horn-rimmed glasses.

While Peter is being tattooed, the glasses of scotch in the scene switch places frequently without any one touching them.

After trying to steal Candice's power, Sylar is covered in blood. However, when he leaves the house, he has no blood on his hands or arms.

The reflection of a camera can be seen when Matt goes to get his gun.

Here, when Billy/Candice/Michelle is knocked unconscious reverts to her overweight Billy body. This did not happen when Niki knocked her out in Season 1, but it's speculated she wasn't totally unconscious after that occured.

Parkman: Mohinder, no offense. You're a professor, not 007.

Parkman is referencing James Bond, who is also known as 007.

The car that Maya and Alejandro escape in has a Costa Verde High School bumper sticker. In the on-line comic "The Rogue," it is clarified that Ricky stole the car from Claire as part of a fraternity scavenger hunt.

Abilities Development
Sylar: After the fight in "How to Stop an Exploding Man", Sylar is unable to access all of the powers that he had attained from other people. When he tried to regain a power by stealing Candice's, he is unable to do so.
