  Episode Quotes
Hiro: (to Yaeko) Why is everything so purple?

Matt: I love you.
Molly: I heard!

Bob: Adam is ... complicated.
Nathan: So uncomplicate it.

Niki: Your nose -- does it hurt?
Mohinder: Only when I breathe.

Matt: (to Maury) No! I'm not scared of you anymore! I'm a good man, I'm a good cop. I'm a good father, which you know nothing about. You don't know what it's like to fight for someone that you love. You left. You left. All you have are your nightmares.

Adam: (to Hiro as Kensei) We did make a good team, you and I. You showed me how to be to a hero, how to love... and then you took it all away.

Hiro: Take my hand!
Takezo: Never! As long as I have breath, anything you love I will lay to waste. I swear, I will make you suffer.

Sandra: What is going on in here?
Lyle: What did Claire do this time?
Claire: Shut up, Lyle!
Mr. Bennet: It's not safe here any more. Pack your bags. We're moving.
Claire: You can't do that!
Mr. Bennet: It's not a discussion. We're leaving.
Claire: Well, then you're going without me!

Adam: Peter, what the hell was that?
Peter: Do you know me?
Adam: Of course I know you. It's me, Adam. Don't you remember? You and I are going to change history.

  Episode Goofs
While reading supposedly new text messages, the icons next to the messages from West to Claire are open envelopes, meaning they've been read already.

  Analysis
Abilities Development:
Matt Parkman: Matt is able to talk to people by sending messages into their minds. He is also able to trap people in nightmares.
Peter Petrelli: Peter can jumpstart memory loss caused by the Haitian if he focuses on a particular person. (This is shown in the next episode as part of Adam/Claire's regenerative ability.)
Takezo Kensei (Adam): Takezo Kensei (Adam) is immortal.
