Alice Shaw: Alice can control the weather in her vicinity. Although her power typically requires concentration, the weather can also alter to reflect her emotions without her direct control.
Mr. Shaw: Mr. Shaw had the ability to project bolts of kinetic energy.
Charles Deveaux: Charles could alter the memories of a diner full of people, causing them to forget what they had seen.
