Arnold's football lands on the stoop of the Urban Legended bully "Stoop Kid", a kid who is afraid to leave his stoop that he guards with his life by bullying anyone until they run away from his stoop in shear fright. So, understandably, Arnold is nervous about getting his football back. The boy who usually "does the right thing", takes a different route and with the help of Helga causes a riot to occur.

After hearing one too many of Oscar's ridiculous excuses Susie kicks him out of their room in the boarding house, in which he moves in with Arnold. After finding out that Frankie G. has some really nice expensive stereo equipment, he begins to wonder how Frankie can afford all of it without a job.
