Johnny Miller (Taylor Handley) was leading a seemingly perfect life -- good grades, loving family, and a room full of plaques and trophies. But that all changed when Johnny's father committed suicide in front of him after a night of drinking. Johhny's mother remarried less than a year later and the family moved to Palm Springs, California.
On the outside, Palm Springs is shimmering paradise of golf courses, swimming pools, country clubs and constant sun. But on the inside, Johnny quickly discovers that there's more than meets the eye in his new home. As deep secrets start to unravel, Johnny and his family begin to wonder, "Do you really know the people who live next door?"

The first season concludes with the identity of Eddie's killer being revealed. Johnny is certain Eddie's mom is involved in her son's death and that the evidence is on her laptop computer. Meanwhile, Cliff attempts to get Nikki to give him a second chance; and Karen and Bob decide whether they should stay together or separate.

  Soapy and wierd. I like ^^Rating: 4 likes, 0 dislikesI liked Hidden Palms. It's a good show. Very drama-ish and soapy. Like The OC meets Desperate Housewives. I got a lot of w00t-faces during the course of the show. Interesting characters, Garage-Girl was cool when she was standing in her gear looking weird. And Cliff is cool, he's like T-Bag from Prison Break, disturbed and wrong in so many ways but still somewhat attractive. But he turned out to be a nicer guy than you thought. Or did he?
