Faye finds it hard to cope after Archie's condition gets worse. Lauren the nurse who is looking after him makes a big mistake when she administers his medication. Vanessa is introduced to the team by Michael and he lays out his plans for the future. Mark wonders if the wards need a matron but he is soon won over.
