Holiday Hijack follows different British families as they are plucked away from the comfort of their luxury, all-inclusive resorts to to discover more about the hidden gems of their holiday destinations. They have to move in with a local family and experience the local food and work in different jobs that service the tourist industry.

The British couples return back home and get ready to hostNick and Sophie Green, who they stayed within Jamaica and who are now visiting Britain for their first holiday. They enjoy a night of luxury at London's world-famous Savoy but they soon see the reality of life in England with a cold trip to the beach, an ice-skating expedition and a ride on an open-top bus.
