Home Is Where the Heart Is follows four different homeless people as they taken off the streets and invited to live for a fortnight with celebrities Alex James, Anneka Rice, Aldo Zilli, Colin McAllister and Justin Ryan who attempt to help them address the problems they face.

The celebrities has to say goodbye to their guests who head back into the real world. Danny and Bridgette both are looking forward to starting new jobs. Aldo Zilli has a position for Bobby to start in one of his restaurants. Jim has his own flat to live in after having slept rough for the last 18 years.
