Matilda Hunter [2004-2008], played by Indiana Evans
Matilda came to Summer Bay in 2004 along with her brother Henry, they had just left bording school and were used to being spoilt. Matilda is the Daughter of Beth and Jack Hunter, She Has one sister, Kit and three brothers, Scott, Robbie and Henry. Matilda fell for bad boy Ric Dalby, but with the arrival of Cassie Turner she got jealous as Ric and Cassie grew closer, but soon Matilda and Cassie became the best of friends. Matilda soon felt worthless and unwanted so when an old friend of Ric's came to town, Callum, Matilda thought he liked her but really he was just using her, he got her into drink and drugs. Ric found an unconscious Matilda with Callum all over her at a party as Ric beat up Callum as Matilda wandered of and was kidnapped by a strange man, she was later rescued but it was a serious wake up call for her. She then fell for her new next door neighbour Lucas Holden who actually liked her too but thay soon broke up. After the explosion at Martha and Jack's wedding a very bad burn on her neck caused her to becom very self conscious and she soon turned bulimic and was sent to a retreat for her to recover, thats were she met Dean, they started seeing each other but that was only to cover up the fact that Dean was gay. Matilda finally got together with Ric. Ric cheated on her but she forgave him and now Matilda has left Summer Bay with Ric. |
