Charlie moved to summer Bay in 2008 and she and her sister Ruby moved in with Leah. At first Charlie wasn't happy about the idea fo her father Ross Buckton marrying Morag Bellingham so soon after her mother had died. Charlie started seeing Roman Harris but split with him. She then started to see Angelo Rosetto but than tried to discover if he had killed Jack and found out he did. She than had a brief fling with Hugo Austin. Charlie decided to help out Joey Collins, a girl who was raped on the boat where she worked. When Joey revealed to her brother she was a lesbian, he kicked her out of home, so Charlie took he in to stay with her, and started to fall for her, she and Joey eventually got together, but when Charlie couldn't deal with the fact that she was a lesbian she tried to prove she wasn't be sleeping with Hugo, which meant the end for her and Joey. Angelo returned to the bay and Charlie soon started to fall for him again |
