The episode begins with the CIA surveillance on Hammad. Max and Virgil follow Hammad. Carrie knows that Hammad knows she will be seen as she is a public figure; but she also knows that she wouldn’t want to be heard. And Carrie is right; Hammad walks up to the fountain and meets a man wearing sunglasses. So they have video but no audio. Since he is wearing sunglasses, the facial recognition won’t work. Max walks up close to them but the audio is too faint and Carrie gets frustrated. Virgil then follows the guy but loses him in the subway. At home, Jessica says that she has fifty million questions about the CIA assignment he is on. ..

Episode Quotes
Jessica: I'm glad you're back.
Brody: You are?
Jessica: Yes, but I have like a million questions about the CIA thing...50 million...
Brody: Jessica...
Jessica: I know. You can't talk about it.
Brody: I'm not supposed to have told you I'm even involved in it at all. What do you want to know. Ask me anything. I'll tell you if I possibly can.
Jessica:'s nothing.

Finn: You look tired.
Dana: Yeah, so I've heard.
Finn: Just take it easy.
Dana: Sure, after we've hit someone with your car. Just take it easy?
Finn: It's going to be okay.
Dana: You don't know that.
Finn: Yes I do. Someone called 911, we saw that. There's a hospital a mile away, an ambulance would have got there in like ten minutes, max. She's going to be fine. Okay?
Dana: ...yeah.

Carrie: You know the deal we talked about? You helping us get Abu Nazir in exchange for immunity. If you're still willing, it starts now. I'll help you through it.
Brody: What do you want me to do?

Episode Goofs
Factual Error:

Mike makes the conclusion that Brody shot Tom Walker because he found one bullet missing from Brody's gun. However, the missing bullet could have been explained by the shot Brody fired at the barbecue in 1x04 "Semper I" to kill the deer.

Cultural References
The Wreck of the Hesperus: Chris tells Mike that Jessica call's Brody's garage "like the Wreck of the Hesperus."

The Wreck of the Hesperus is a narrative poem by American poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow about a shipwreck.
