Recap

The scene opens with Elka and her lawyer, Kurt, in court. Melanie asks how he is doing. Judge Lesser asks Kurt how his weekend was and sees that he has a scar on the left side of his face. Elka says that she told him that softball is an ugly man’s sport. Judge Lesser says that she thought that he was at his mother’s house this last weekend. Kurt asks if he can she Judge Lesser in her chambers, but she declines and says that she needs a moment to process all the new information. Melanie tells that it is not over and tells her to look at Juror #8. He is looking at Elka with flirty eyes and she tells that she is going to do it. The judge comes up and Elka is sexually sucking on her piece of butterscotch candy so that Juror #8 will see. ..
