Hot In Cleveland: I'm With the Band

Victoria's rock star ex-boyfriend Johnny Revere returns to Cleveland to record a charity single. To Victoria's horror, Johnny reveals that he is now engaged. A jilted Victoria begins dating one of Johnny's band mates. Meanwhile, Melanie chases an old crush, Joy pursues her musical dreams, and Elka schemes to obtain a lock of a famous singer's hair.

The scene opens with Victoria talking about how Johnny Revere is coming to Cleveland to make amends with his old band mate, Drago. They are going to perform a “We Are the World” type of album called “Cool Aid, A Time To Chill”. She says that she is dating Johnny and that she has an exclusive with him. Later at the house, Melanie comes in asking what Victoria is doing. She tells her that Johnny likes his Martini’s cold and his women hot. Melanie sits down and finds out that David Gates from Bread is going to be there. Elka makes fun of Bread and calls them Elevator Music. Joy says that she is going to the recording studio as well because she wants to be discovered and become a professional singer. Elka says that is not going to happen. Joy says that she is better then Veraina. Melanie says that Veraina has a six octave range. The doorbell rings and Victoria says that she can be herself with him, but she is actually dressed in a school girl outfit. ..
