Anthony: Oh, wow, I’m going to go out on a limb here and say whoever designed this place had a thing for dolphins. I feel like I’m about to go into an exhibit at Seaworld.
Anthony: As hoteliers, we have simple jobs--be nice to people and clean the damn room.
Anthony: Have you been to the lobby yet? They have dolphins everywhere.
Blanche: Oh my god, this place is like the place that dolphins went to go and die.
Steve: I was told he’s got the personality of o a cold sore.
Anthony: Of a cold sore?
Steve: Cold sore.
Anthony: I’ve been called a lot of things in my life. I’ve never been called a cold sore.
Anthony: I only have a few days. Are you gonna be able to do it? Whoa, whoa, you just hesitated, man. The answer’s “yes.”
Stephen: It’s an aggressive idea.
Anthony: I’m an aggressive guy.
Cindy: Can we put dolphins there?
Anthony: No. You cannot put dolphins there.
Cindy: I like dolphins, too.
Anthony: I like dolphins. I like birds. I just don’t put ‘em on buildings that I run.
