At a medieval town, knights gather before King Miles and Queen Shannon, and Shannon chooses Sir William to fight for her honor against Horace, the captain of the king's guard. William is initially disarmed and staggered, but regroups and regains his blade, and then defeats Horace. As the crowd cheers, William suddenly has a seizure. He pulls off his helmet, revealing that the whites of his eyes have turned blood red. Miles takes out a cell phone and calls an ambulance to the fairground...
