  Episode Summary
In the conclusion, the police officer has died and Foreman's symptoms continue to get worse. He is now experiencing the same blindness, excruciating pain and muscle contractions that the officer had just before he succumbed to the still unknown disease. As Foreman realizes that he may die, he gets in contact with his father who quickly comes to be at his side. Foreman's condition quickly begins to worsen and the only solution is a brain biopsy. House is determined to find the solution in the dead officer's apartment before Cameron has to do the biopsy on Foreman's brain.

  Episode Goofs
Primary amoebic meningioencephelitis is disabling and lethal: it kills about 97% of those who contract it and the survivors can expect various deficits as a consequence of the destruction of brain tissue by the parasite Naegleria fowleri. It is quite unlikely that Eric Foreman could make anything like as complete or as rapid a recovery as he has so far experienced. This might be considered an example of "main character toughness" as also demonstrated by Frank Pembleton's nearly full recovery from a serious stroke in the episodes of Homicide: Life on the Street.

  Cultural References
Dr. House: (to Dr. Cuddy) Whooo, Class Three, who'd you call, Jack Bauer?

An obvious reference to fellow FOX show, 24. Not only did House joked about Bauer, but the show has had a tendency of guest-starring former 24 cast members including Sarah Clarke (Control), Skye McCole Bartusiak (Kids) & Leslie Hope (Histories).
