The city's nurses are on strike and one of them, Deb, is on the picket line with her husband Jeff. A deliveryman tries to get past the line but they hold him up for the allowed 15 seconds. When he tries to shove by anyway, Jeff genially tries to talk him out of it and ends up giving him a hug. Dr. Wilson: It was my fault, I had to take a shower.

Dr. House: I had to take a dump. Anything else I don’t need to leave before you leave?
Dr. Foreman: Mocking me saves lives?
Dr. House: The hospital will probably build you a statue one day. You know, with a “kick me” sign on the back. You know, when you think about it, the more I mock you the more it shows I have respect for you.
Dr. Foreman: Or you made up that B.S. because you like humiliating me.
Dr. House: Wouldn’t rule that out completely.
Dr. Taub: Maybe we just put Hitler on Ritalin.
Dr. Cameron: Are you comparing House to Hitler?
Dr. Chase: Oh god.
