Ralph and Cindy Perrone are social butterflies and big on family. In their quest for a new home in Cocoa Beach, Florida, they hope to find three bedrooms, plenty of space for their kids and grandkids, and most importantly, it has to be on the water. They need a dock for their boat, ideally one with a boat lift, and a yard for entertaining. With a budget of up to $2 million, they're entrusting their search to their son, realtor Ralph Perrone Jr.
