House Hunters: Amanda and Rich Want a Fresh Start in the Denver Suburbs

After taking a $30,000 loss on the sale of their previous home in Ohio, Amanda and Rich had to move their family of six into her parent's house. Two years later, they've saved up enough money to buy their next place. While they want to be smart about sticking to their $290,000 budget, finding a house that meets all of their needs is proving to be a challenge. Plus Amanda is very picky.
