House Hunters: She's All About The Budget, He's All About The Perfect House

Nate and Jen are looking for their first home near Austin, where they can take the next step and start a family. Jenn doesn't want to be house poor and is very strict about budget, but Nate has a long wish list which includes some unusual needs, like a dedicated room for playing video games, and high ceilings to accommodate his tall height. Nate's willing to pay a little more to get their dream home, but will he be able to convice his wife that busting the budget is the right decision?
