Life in the D.C. area with two small kids got to be too expensive and too hectic for Bill and Monica, so they've packed up the kids moved to Bill's hometown of Kansas City, with the hopes that the affordable real estate market might allow Monica to work part time, or even not at all. With $400,000 to spend, they hope to find something they can call home for the rest of their lives.
