Pete comes up with a diabolical scheme to put an end to the House of Mouse--steal all of the cartoons, get rid of the show's acts. When that happens, Mickey, Minnie, and Goofy have to go and make a cartoon. They leave Donald in charge, who makes some changes to the club in his favor.
