When they all jump from their own roof to the other at the end of the episode, Ted, Robin, and Barney are wearing black sneakers with their suits. When they land, they are again wearing formal shoes.

In episode 3x17 "The Goat", we see the goat on the roof with Lily. In this episode, the goat was in the apartment the whole time.

The clip with Marshall standing on the edge of the roof saying "I can jump that far" has been shown once before. In episode 4x08 "Woooo!", then referred to by future-Ted as "an ill-advised five-word sentence we would come to regret".

Sven, who steal the job from Ted in this episode, lost a job to Ted in episode 4x08 "Woooo!". The building they lost with then, is the same one they win with now.
