When they're in the hot tub, Barney drinks from the bottle, than hands it over to Amy. Suddenly the lid is back on the bottle, without anyone putting it there.

Marshall creates a web site called slapcountdown.com. This is a reference to the bet between Marshall and Barney in episode 2x09 Slap Bet in which Marshall won the right to slap Barney 5 times.
